The power supply provides the electrical power to ignite the lamp in the irradiator. The radiant power produced in the irradiator is reflected to the substrate. The cooling system uses an air exhaust and/or supply blower to maintain the lamp and housing temperatures. Cooling water may also be used in addition to the air.
